ABOUT ME
I am co-director of the M.A. in Development Economics at the National University of San Martin, Professor at the National University of the West and Tenured Adjunct Researcher at the National Council of Sciences and Technology, in Argentina. I previously worked at UNCTAD, and in the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Bank in Argentina. I obtained my Ph.D. at the Delft University of Technology.
I published in journals such as Development and Change, Review of Keynesian Economics, International Journal of Political Economy, Cambridge Journal of Economics and European Journal of Economics and Economic Policies, among others. I am the co-author of “The Whip of Global Finance - International Monetary and Financial Subordination and (Under)development”, with Annina Kaltenbrunner and Riccardo D’Orsi (Cambridge University Press) and author of Inequality, Growth and “Hot Money” (Edward Elgar)
